What do you love about the role you play in ministry.

Serving in the Media and Communication Center gives me opportunities to connect with many people in the media world and learn from them. It also gives me an opportunity to serve LMU beyond self and be more committed to the ministry beyond my personal interests.

Serving with Digital Strategies allows me to serve the Lord without physical and geographical limitations.

Tell us about yourself in a few words.

My commitment to God and purpose in life is to help people experience God's love and forgiveness and also serve God's purpose in their lives. I am passionate about women, young people and the elderly.

Share your salvation testimony and how you joined LMU in very few words.

Growing up in a Christian family, I thought I knew God until I joined secondary school. Our school hosted a scripture union retreat where the Gospel was preached. For the first time, I truly understood the reason why Jesus came to earth and died on the cross. That day, I prayed to receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior in 2015.

However, without anyone to help me grow in my newfound faith, I became a carnal Christian. At some point, I even doubted the reality of salvation, as I was not experiencing the transformative change that others spoke of in their lives.

When I went to university at Kyambogo University, I decided to leave the faith and live life on my own terms. But God, in His amazing grace, found me again when I was in my second year. I recommitted my life to Jesus and joined a movement of LIFE Ministry Uganda on campus. I was discipled and trained in how to effectively share my faith with others. I also had many opportunities to serve, which birthed a passion for missions within me.

Immediately after graduating, I decided to join LIFE Ministry Uganda as a missionary. Since then, my life has never been the same. I have experienced the power of the Gospel to transform lives, and I am now committed to investing in the spiritual growth of others as well. I first served among university students at Kyambogo University, before serving as a High School Ministry Coordinator. Currently, I serve as the Media and Communications Director and Digital Strategies Team Leader.
