Lillian Lydia Najjuka

Lillian joined LIFE ministry Uganda on 28th April 2013 as a student intern for three months as planned by Ndejje University. She worked hard so that she can pass her exams and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting.

As a student trying to learn work ethics, applying the knowledge from school and gaining skills by attempting assignments allocated each day is what one could expect. Though she passed the field exam, the work at hand was not finished, so she was given an opportunity to volunteer as a student while continuing to pursue her studies. After her graduation on 17th October 2014, she was employed as a Finance Personnel until 2020.

In the last quarter of 2020, Lillian was given an opportunity to be part of the Campus Crusade for Christ International study program called Global Operations Leader Development (GOLD). GOLD equipped her with biblical knowledge that shaped her character and professional skills. Her view and quality of work also improved.

It was during her participation in GOLD that the National Team Leader recognized her exceptional performance and availed a wider platform for her to serve (with her hands) but also grow. Currently, Lillian serves as the Director of Operations.
