Operations

We exist to serve the National ministry in the pursuit of their goals. We work closely with other strategies to provide spirit filled leadership. Operations maintains an effective and efficient management system that resources the organization, raises sustainable local resources, keeps staff informed and provides leaders with resourceful information against which to make decisions and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies within and without LMU/CCCI. This keeps the ministry empowered to continue pursuing its goals and missions.
