What I love about the role I play in ministry?

The role I play in the ministry aligns well with the calling that God has put upon my life.

About me

Born into a bustling family of 14, I proudly hold the title of the 11th sibling, where I learned the values of resilience, humility, and solidarity from an early age. Growing up in humble surroundings and background, I embraced the power of determination and the significance of making the most out of every opportunity.

I am a Steady-Influential personality type. Very eager to learn. Whether it's acquiring new skills or delving into various fields, I approach every experience with an open mind and a thirst for knowledge. This adaptability and openness have fostered a range of talents within me, making me a versatile individual ready to take on any challenge.

My heart finds solace in lending a helping hand, often channeling my time and talents towards helping others, driven by an inner desire to make a positive impact. Music is my best hobby, it offers me endless joy and inspiration. With my love for adventure, I like trying out new things, and I take risks for new experiences. I am a "go-getter," always eager to seize new opportunities and explore uncharted territories.

Professionally, I am trained as an engineer, a path that has equipped me with technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Yet, it is my calling as a teacher, particularly in sharing the Word of God, that truly ignites my passion. Guiding and empowering young minds fills me with boundless optimism and dedication to nurture the future generation.

My Story

I prayed to receive Christ for the first time in 2004 when our parents who had done so in 2002 took us (as children) to church and we also confessed. So, I was raised in a Christian family but I did not know God and I used to do my own stuff even though I would not miss church on Sundays because of my parents. To my parents and family, I seemed to be spiritually okay but, in their absence, I would have another version. My life moved in this manner even after making the first prayer of receiving Jesus in 2004 until 2015 when I was in my senior five that I sat down on my bed and evaluated my life in relation to Christ. I realized that the first decision was just an influence of my parents and I had never understood why I had received Christ, and I had not made my own decision of knowing Him personally. So, in 2015 I made a personal decision of recommitting my life to Christ, to follow Him and walk in His will and since then Christ has been transforming me moment by moment to this day.

I joined LMU right after campus, after having an experience of wrestling with God for seven hours, who was asking me to serve Him with my life but I was refusing due to personal fears and concerns. Much as I had served with LMU as a student, I didn't think that I would later be doing ministry full time, but God took me through an experience for 1½ weeks that made me conclude that He wanted me to serve Him full-time and LMU was the closed platform for doing what God was asking me to do.
